Teresa’s art focuses on the culture, catharsis, and spirituality that are vital threads in the fabric of living life as an African American woman.

Not only is Teresa passionate about her own work, she is also a supporter and advocate for other creatives. Through curatorial initiatives, Teresa wants to help give voice to underrepresented artists and narratives.

With every piece created and project produced, Teresa strives to be a contributing member of those seeking to tend to the continued growth of an equitable, diverse, thriving arts community in her home state of North Carolina and beyond.
